These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pilimo, a multiplayer social gaming platform provided through pilimo.com and app.pilimo.com. By creating an account or using Pilimo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pilimo.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Pilimo. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Choose a handle that does not impersonate others or infringe anyone’s rights. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
When using Pilimo, you agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage;
- harass, abuse or harm other players, or post unlawful or offensive content;
- disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
- use Pilimo for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
Pilimo, its logo, and the software and design of the platform are owned by us and protected by law. The classic games themselves (such as chess and reversi) are in the public domain; our particular implementations, artwork and branding are not.
Service availability
We work to keep Pilimo running smoothly, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilimo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use of Pilimo after changes means you accept them.
